Michael Lukman
Managing Director
Michael brings over 20 years' international financial sector advisory and regulation experience, having previously worked at: the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA); National Australia Bank (NAB); and Ernst & Young (EY).
Michael previously also served as the Australian Government-backed Financial Sector Regulation & Supervision Adviser in Indonesia. And as an Advisory Board Member of FinMango - a US s501(c)(3) non-profit n whose mission is to address economic inequality through opportunity.
Clement brings over 25 years' ADI regulation and industry experience. Prior to joining Gen Advisory in 2021, Clement had worked at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and St George Bank for 12 and 10 years respectively.
Clement holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Western Sydney University.

Scott Middleton
General Manager
Scott has been Gen Advisory Pty Ltd’s General Manager since 2018. Prior to joining Gen Advisory, Scott had had over 25 years’ accounting experience in Australia.
Scott is a keen cyclist and member of several cycling groups in Sydney.
Eleni Aroney
Graphic Designer
Eleni has been Gen Advisory Pty Ltd’s Graphic Designer since 2020. Her responsibilities include: converting Gen Advisory’s technical reports into visually-appealing content for our readers; website design; and events management.
Eleni has a Bachelor of Visual Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).

Research Analyst
Fitria has been Gen Advisory's Research Analyst since 2018. During that time, Fitria has authored a series of reports on topics including: how banks and FinTechs can contribute to reducing the gender pay gap in financial services; how ADIs and FinTechs can support older workers; and women’s financial inclusion.
Fitria holds a Bachelor of International Relations degree from Abdurrab University, Indonesia. .

Hendra has extensive experience in the Indonesian banking industry. Prior to joining Gen Advisory in 2018, Hendra had worked as a Corporate Credit Analyst at Bangkok Bank Pcl (Jakarta)) as well as Credit Analyst at PT. Bank QNB Kesawan, Tbk;
Hendra holds a Bachelor of International Relations degree from Riau University.
