Prior to joining Gen Advisory in 2021, Clement had worked at: the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA); St George Bank (Australia); and Bumiputera Commerce Bank (Malaysia).

Clement holds a Masters in Business Administration from Western Sydney University (Australia). His hobbies include bushwalking and spending time with his grandchildren.
